What More Can I Say……

I’m teaching a 4-week + 2 Workshop Series on the Foundations of Exercise at UCCC.  I’ll be discussing the Anatomy & Physiology of the Body with respect to exercise as well as the Biomechanics of Movement.

Plus two workshops that will be focusing on Keeping Your Knees Healthy and Core & Low Back Stabilization.  The classes are listed on page 47 of the catalog.

I’m truly excited to be offering this class. I hope to help educate & empower those who are interested in learning more about their bodies & how exercise can help them lead more healthful, independent & productive lives.
